This page explains what we collect when you use usegraded.com (the free grader, free tools, blog, and lead forms). It is written in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
- Site URL / domain you submit for a grade or tool run.
- Email when you unlock engine probes, join a waitlist, or ask us to talk — only if you provide it.
- Grade results tied to that run (scores, signals, timestamps, rubric version).
- Technical logs needed to operate the service (errors, rate limits, cost controls) — not sold as a product.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your email list.
- We don’t invent customer logos or testimonials from your data.
- We don’t use your grade to train a public model as a marketing claim on this site.
Why we need it
Running a grade requires fetching your public pages and, when unlocked, querying AI engines. Email is how we return the full check and how leads reach a human. Cost and abuse controls require basic request metadata.

This stub will expand as accounts, billing, and the logged-in SaaS surface ship. Until then, treat every result as a dated snapshot of a public site check.
